The call for TRAC sessions is now closed and we have had some excellent session proposals. The call for individual papers is now open. Papers should be 25 minutes in length, which leaves time for discussion. Proposals should comprise a title and abstract of no more than 250 words in length. We welcome papers of all kinds, but all should engage with various aspects of current theory and practice in the field of Roman Archaeology, particularly those at the cutting edge or controversial in nature.
The deadline for proposals is 30th November 2013.
Proposals should be emailed to trac2014@reading.ac.uk

Hi Tom,
Where can we find outlines of the sessions?
Thanks,

Hi Anna,
sorry for the delay in replying – I did not have notifications telling me of comments so have only just seen your comment! The sessions are now available online and viewable at the Reading website (link below). However, we asked session organisers to submit sessions with full lists of speakers, so these are all full, and the current call for individual papers is now for a general session only. I hope this helps.

Will there be a chance to put in proposals for particular sessions or have they all been filled within the sessions? Cheers
Tom Brindle
Hi Nicky,
sorry I have only just seen this comment. The sessions are all full as we asked potential session organisers to include proposed speakers in with their proposals. The call for individual papers is for a general session only. The TRAC timetable is now available here http://www.reading.ac.uk/archaeology/Conferences/RAC2014/arch-RAC2014-programme.aspx
Booking will open very soon, within the next couple of weeks.
