TRAC 2019 is now taking shape, with further information about the programme and on-site accommodation to be released early next week! In the meantime, here is a quick update on Early-Bird tickets and the Call for Posters:

Tickets: Due to problems with the booking system, we have now extended the deadline to purchase Early-Bird tickets to Monday the 28th January. Tickets can be booked here.

Posters: The call for posters has been reopened and will run until Friday 15th March. To submit an abstract (200-250 words) for a poster, email it along with your name and institution to TRAC2019@kent.ac.uk.

We will be accepting both hardcopy and digital posters. Hardcopy posters will be displayed in the atrium outside the sessions. Digital posters will be on a rolling display on a projector, which can take one of two formats:

  • A 5-minute video presentation about your research.
  • A 5-minute automated PowerPoint presentation.
